I just love tennis. Best of all I can play it all year round. The public courts are regularly open in the evenings and on weekends. Pick out a racket that has the right weight and balance for you. If you’ve never played tennis before, you’ll be nursing sore knees and ankles for a few weeks until your body adjusts with regular play. My sisters and I started playing last year and got hooked. After twenty minutes, my abs are really working hard and I feel I am losing my fat belly.

 

4. Walk outside 

This is one of the easiest and cheap ways to get rid of belly flab: walking in the park. No need to buy new sportswear or sneakers. Just get yourself outside and take some walks, 20-30 minutes each day. Walking is one of the best weight loss methods and particularly important for those losing belly fat. Once you start seeing results you’ll want to use it every day.
