Lose Belly Flab Quickly
Most people believe that losing belly flab has to involve going to the gym regularly and spending tons on money on membership and equipment. That, however, is not true.
You can set up an exercise routine for yourself in your own house and lose belly fat without losing all your money! Here is a simple 5 step routine that you can follow everyday to lose belly flab:
Step 1: Jump Rope (Duration 2 minutes) To begin with, start jumping rope at a slow and relaxed pace. You are helping your body to gear up for the rest of the exercise routine. Don’t tire yourself out with this.
Step 2: Run (Duration 2 minutes) In this case too, you don’t need to run very hard. Just keep a steady pace, breathe with your mouth shut, and keep going for 2 minutes. Your body is already burning some fat!
Step 3: Jump Rope (Duration 2 minutes) This time around jump rope with a passion. Jump as fast as you can, and try and finish as many jumps as you can in the span of 2 minutes, while maintaining a steady pace. This will help you lose a lot more belly flab than the first round of jumping.
Step 4: Run (Duration 2 minutes) This time around you need to run hard. Add a couple of sprints in the middle of your run. But, you need to be able to run at a steady pace when you are not sprinting. This will also help reduce belly flab considerably.
Step 5: Relax (Duration 2 minutes) You need to slow your body down again, so breathe deeply, take a short walk and finish by stretching.
It sounds too simple to be true, but it is, in fact, proven to be very effective. The trick is to do this entire routine in 10 minutes flat without taking any breaks in between. You will lose belly flab before you know it!
